These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hitogel platform, including all wagering, gaming, promotional, and account-related activities. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Hitogel ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services accessible at hitogel.cam and its associated subdomains and applications.
By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of the Hitogel platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery products, or any other service offered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Hitogel platform, including players based in Malaysia — in cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations — as well as to any other jurisdiction from which the platform is lawfully accessible. Hitogel operates under an international gaming licence and makes no representation as to the legal permissibility of online gambling in any specific local jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

To register and maintain an active Account on the Hitogel platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the Hitogel platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated Accounts, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.
It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Hitogel platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Hitogel does not provide legal advice as to the permissibility of online gambling under any local or national law. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences that may arise.
By registering an Account, you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement and that you are not acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or other restriction that would impair your ability to form a valid contract.
Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in any self-exclusion programme — including Hitogel's own self-exclusion tool or any national problem gambling helpline register — are not eligible to register or maintain an active Account. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent or bypass such exclusion by registering a new account.
When registering an Account on Hitogel, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or information belonging to any other individual.
Hitogel operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Players will be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification documents. Acceptable documents include a Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, or equivalent government-issued identity card. Proof of residential address and proof of payment method may also be requested at Hitogel's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Hitogel shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify Hitogel's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Hitogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate any game or betting market, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon closure for breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.
The Hitogel platform is provided for personal recreational use only. All activities conducted on the platform — including casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer participation, lottery entries, and VIP program engagement — are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform at the time of participation.
You agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with all applicable laws, and without any intent to defraud, manipulate, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform or any of its services. Hitogel expressly prohibits the use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with any game, betting market, or feature of the platform.
All funds deposited into your Hitogel Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Hitogel does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.
Hitogel currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Instant Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
The minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and RM50 for bank transfer methods (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, FPX, DuitNow). Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 carry a minimum equivalent of approximately MYR 100, subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of deposit.
All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the deposit transaction. Hitogel does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and shall not be liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX and internet banking transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. Hitogel shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed Hitogel's KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Hitogel reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Hitogel targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any account review flags: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within the same business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1 to 4 hours after blockchain broadcast, subject to network conditions.
Hitogel reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in circumstances including but not limited to: pending KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, active bonus wagering requirements not yet fulfilled, or any other circumstances that Hitogel determines warrant further review. Hitogel will notify the affected Player of any such delay via their registered contact details.
From time to time, Hitogel offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time of the offer. General rules governing all bonuses are set out below.
Bonuses awarded by Hitogel are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means a total of RM2,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn). Specific multipliers are stated per promotion.
Not all games on the Hitogel platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are stated in each promotion's individual terms. As a general rule, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games. Sports betting contributions toward wagering requirements are stated specifically per promotion where applicable.
Hitogel reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus funds, and close Accounts where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
Participation in Hitogel's six-tier VIP Program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond) is subject to the VIP Program terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms. VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, birthday bonuses, withdrawal limits, and account manager access — are outlined in the VIP Program documentation on the platform.
All bets placed on the Hitogel sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the respective game or betting market interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Hitogel platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

All content on the Hitogel platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, and video material — is the proprietary property of Hitogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Hitogel platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from Hitogel or the respective rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hitogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical errors caused by third-party systems.
Hitogel makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any technical defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. While Hitogel takes reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Hitogel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, or from the Player's misuse of, or reliance on, any information published on the platform.
Hitogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Notification of material changes will be provided via the platform interface or via the email address registered to your Account. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at hitogel.cam/terms-conditions.
Your continued use of the Hitogel platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease use of the platform and request Account closure via the support team.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hitogel holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through Hitogel's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by Hitogel's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of any arbitral proceedings.
